Bookings Policy

The Perth Conference 2027 committee is committed to running a conference that supports real spiritual growth and Christ-like character. To do this responsibly, we need firm booking numbers and clear payment timelines. The venue requires finalised numbers well in advance, and we are charged according to those numbers. Accurate bookings also affect transport, activities, and general logistics.

If you decide not to attend, please email help@pyc27.com promptly.

The policy below explains how bookings, payments, and cancellations are handled, so we can confirm attendee numbers and meet our financial commitments.

For this policy, ‘cancellation’ means you formally notifying the organisers that you will not be attending.

  1. Deposits

Conference: All deposits paid to secure your booking (or position on the waiting list) are strictly non-refundable.

Post Conference: All deposits paid to secure your Post Conference booking (or position on the waiting list) are strictly non-refundable. The only exception is if you do not get into Conference - in that case your Post Conference deposit will be refunded.

  2. Conference and Post Conference fees payment Due Date

All Conference and Post Conference fees are due by 30th November 2026. Any attendees who do not provide payment by this date will be transferred to the waiting list(s).

  3. Cancellations prior to Feb 2027

Cancellations prior to 1st February 2027 are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid, less the non-refundable deposit and any international transfer costs.

  4. Cancellations on or after Feb 2027

Cancellations on or after 1st February 2027 will not be refunded, as we are required to provide the venue with final numbers prior to Conference. Any partially paid fees will still be required to be paid in full.

  5. Other considerations

Any attendee who cancels their position in the Conference should submit a request to have the policy reviewed on personal, family, or financial hardship grounds.
