Book In Now!
Read both the Bookings Policy and the Attendee Guidelines below, before submitting your registration. By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to both.
The Perth Conference 2027 committee is committed to running a conference that supports real spiritual growth and Christ-like character. To do this responsibly, we need firm booking numbers and clear payment timelines. The venue requires finalised numbers well in advance, and we are charged according to those numbers. Accurate bookings also affect transport, activities, and general logistics.
If you decide not to attend, please email perthyc27@gmail.com promptly.
The policy below explains how bookings, payments, and cancellations are handled, so we can confirm attendee numbers and meet our financial commitments.
For this policy, ‘cancellation’ means you formally notifying the organisers that you will not be attending.
Deposits
Conference: All deposits paid to secure your booking (or position on the waiting list) are strictly non-refundable.
Post Conference: All deposits paid to secure your post conference booking (or position on the waiting list) are strictly non-refundable. The exception to this is if you don’t get into Conference then we will refund you your post deposit.
Conference Fees and Post Conference Fees Payment Due Date
All conference fees and post conference fees are due by 30 November 2024. Any attendees who do not provide payment by 30 November 2024, will be transferred to the waiting list(s).
Cancellations prior to Mid feb 2026
Cancellations prior to 1 February 2025 are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid, less the non-refundable deposit and any international transfer costs.
Cancellations on or after Mid Feb 2026
Cancellations on or after 1 February 2025 will not be entitled to a refund as we are required to give the venue the final number of attendees prior to Conference. Partially paid fees will still be required to be paid in full.
Other considerations
Notwithstanding the above, any attendee who cancels their position in the conference may make a submission to the committee to have the policy reviewed on personal, family, or financial hardship grounds.
